This is my first year in New York and hence the first visit to the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center. The uniqueness of the tree this year is that all the lights shown in the picture are LED’s, 30,000 of them to be precise. They are doing this to make the tree environmentally ‘Green’ and save energy. Also to be politically correct its being called a ‘Holiday Tree’ by many news agencies. Which I think is making the ‘PC’ a ‘BS’. Jesus Christ considered none his enemy, so why should his birthday celebration offend anyone ? But I digress, and don’t want this post to get any religious tone. T’is the season of sharing and giving, so lets all fill our heart with joy !!
